How It Works

We offer 3 levels of help and support depending on your needs.

When you call our number, you will be able to talk to someone who is caring, sympathetic, non-judgemental and has probably been through what you are going through, all in complete confidence.

Level 1
When we know a little more about you, we can arrange for the most appropriate person on our team to give you a call. This will be someone with experience of where you are, who will understand and support you.

Level 2
This may well be enough – but if necessary we can arrange for a session with one of our volunteer therapists.

Level 3
If you are in crisis we will arrange for you to talk with a member of our Clinical team who can carry on a professional assessment and suggest a course of treatment – from our approved providers, which come at a heavily discounted rate. Under certain circumstances we will be able to provide bursaries, travel grants or free beds in treatment centres.

There is no charge for any service provided by ourselves and our volunteers, and we do not take any commission from any providers. We are non-profit and here to serve you
