Throughout her career, Fiona has held executive and senior leadership positions in both statutory and voluntary organisations, demonstrating a proven ability to manage and direct highly successful and complex mental health and addiction services. Her passion for driving positive change and improving outcomes for individuals and communities aligns seamlessly with the mission of Music Support.
Beyond her professional achievements, she is deeply passionate about music and the positive benefits music can have on wellbeing and has advocated for many organisations to introduce music therapy as part of the recovery journey.
