George oversees the development and delivery of Music Support’s frontline services, ensuring impactful support for the organisation’s beneficiaries. With a rich background in the music and live events industry, she has held leadership roles in brand and artist partnerships at Live Nation and the creative entertainment agency FRUKT.

Her personal journey through mental health and addiction challenges in her late teens and early 20s has fuelled her lifelong passion for understanding and addressing these complexities.

In addition to leading the Support Services department, George is an Integrative Therapist, bringing a blend of professional expertise and lived experience to her role, fostering a compassionate and holistic approach to support.
