HOW DOES THE ONLINE MENTAL HEALTH FIRST AID TRAINING WORK?

The Online Mental Health First Aid course is interactive and is delivered through slides, video clips, activities, discussion and case studies which you will explore as a group to embed learning.

This course is made up of both individual learning activities and a series of live sessions. Individual learning will be based on a combination of videos, workbook activities and reading. This can be done at your own pace in advance of each live session.

You will gain access to the MHFA England Online Learning Hub which is an integrated learning platform that provides a one-stop “hub” for learners. From one login, learners can access, interact with, and complete their learning modules for both their individual learning and instructor-led live sessions

Every live session includes a 10min break.
