Thrive App

Home|Thrive App

The global pandemic brought a huge number of those working within music and live events to a standstill with a detrimental impact on their mental health. Music Support responded by launching an initiative with NHS approved wellbeing app, Thrive, providing free access to thousands of individuals to help them manage stress, anxiety and depression. The app has over 100 hours of content and mental health tools from Calm Breathing and Deep Muscle Relaxation to a full CBT programme and further support via signposting and live coaching with qualified psychologists.

We are proud to have supported more than 2,800 people who have accessed Thrive via Music Support. Users reported that work, relationships and health had the biggest impact on their mental health (both negatively and positively). Over 50% of our users have sought additional help through the app, demonstrating what a crucial asset Thrive has been for them. We are pleased to share that 18.49% of users who screened positive for anxiety and 15.34% of users who screened positive for depression have since recovered while using the facilities within the app.

Thrive has been my go-to for help to keep my wellbeing on track
It’s an absolutely brilliant resource with very effective exercises. I am even receiving some free therapy sessions. I am truly, truly grateful

The first phase of our initiative is now drawing to a close. We would like to thank everyone who has used Thrive with Music Support. We hope you have found it to be a useful tool to help manage your mental health. Your subscription will end within the next 12 months.
