Tracy has been working as an Office Manager for over 40 years with extensive professional experience in a wide variety of industries, liaising with all levels, from small teams to Senior Board. Prior to joining Music Support, Tracy worked in Advertising, Computer Hardware, Landscape Architecture, Events Management, Hospitality, Aerospace and Learning and Support Industries. Amongst her many accolades, she was voted Women’s Advocate of the year in 2019 and 2021 at Collins Aerospace UK and obtained the role of Wellbeing champion for three major UK sites within the same company. Tracy spends her spare time with her family and friends. She loves crafting and during the warmer months likes to Kayak and Paddleboard. Tracy loves spending time outside with walking her dog as her favourite hobby.

Tracy is passionate about Music Support following her own life being entwined with those of others facing Mental Health and Addiction issues. She is also proud to be a Music Support Mental Health First Aider.
